Hallandale Beach Rodent Control
Hallandale Beach is a small city, a little over four square miles between the ocean and Pembroke Park, and our South Park Road office has its mailing address here.
Around Hallandale Beach
Hallandale Beach takes its name from Luther Halland, who was recruited to start a settlement here for Henry Flagler’s railway and became its first postmaster. It stayed a small farming community for years, was incorporated in 1927 and only added “Beach” to its name in 1999. It covers about four and a half square miles between Hollywood to the north, Aventura to the south, the ocean to the east and Pembroke Park to the west.
Gulfstream Park Racing and The Village at Gulfstream Park share a S Federal Hwy address, and City Hall is on the same road. The Big Easy Casino is on N Federal Hwy. Peter Bluesten Park is on SE 1st Ave, OB Johnson Park on NW 8th Ave and Ingalls Park on SW 1st St. Golden Isles Park is on Egret Dr and Joseph Scavo Park is on Three Islands Blvd.
Waterfront, condos and winter residents
Hallandale Beach runs from the ocean and the Intracoastal side, with Golden Isles and Three Islands, across Federal Highway to the streets further west, and the rodent work changes along the way. On the water, a seawall or dock can bring Norway rats in low, and salt air decides which materials last. Further west it is usually roof rats, using the yard trees and overhead lines to reach a soffit or a vent. The city is also known for its winter visitors, Canadians especially, and a condo or home that sits closed for part of the year gives rodents long quiet stretches. In a condo the route may run through shared walls and utility chases rather than anything in your own unit, so tell us the building type when you call.
Rodent control for condos and seasonal homes
A Hallandale Beach home or condo that sits empty has nobody around to hear the first scratching, so a small rodent problem can run for months. If you leave for part of the year, the best time to call is before you go. Sealing the openings ahead of a long absence gives rats nothing to move into.
Buildings bring their own complications. A property manager may already have a pest control contract, and that service may include bait stations around the outside. Those do not tell anyone how a rat reached the fourth floor or got behind a kitchen wall. For that, someone has to follow the route through the structure.
That is the work we do. Rat control and mice control in Hallandale Beach begin with finding the path, using cameras and tools such as a non-toxic smoke test where they help, and with checking drain and vent lines as well as the roof. Openings are closed first, trapping follows without poison, and contaminated areas are sanitized at the end.
We are not a general pest company. Ants, roaches and termites belong to someone else, and that service can continue. Our one job is rodent control, finished as a repair, with our rodent-resolution service backed by a 100% money-back guarantee.
One repair instead of pest prevention visits
The same five steps everywhere: a free phone estimate, finding exactly how they are getting in, sealing those openings in steel and mortar, trapping and monitoring what is left inside, then cleaning and sanitizing. No poison and no recurring contract. The exclusion work is a one-time repair backed by our guarantee.
Our office on South Park Road in Pembroke Park, just west of the city, serves Hallandale Beach. We also work Hollywood and Pembroke Park, and the wider Pembroke Park area.

We live in a older Florida home with roof tiles and rodents were sneaking through tiny gaps. Jim and the team did a full roof perimeter seal out with with stainless steel mesh.it wasn't cheap but its built to last and looks clean. We haven't heard or seen a single rodent since.
I had been dealing with rats scratching through the walls for months. I hired multiple companies, and no one could figure out where they were coming from just temporary fixes that never lasted. Then I found Twin Home Experts. Jim and his team came out and took their time doing a full inspection, using smoke testing and cameras to actually find the entry points. They explained everything clearly and sealed up areas no one else even checked. It’s been weeks now, and for the first time, it’s completely quiet. Yes, they’re more expensive than others, but they actually solved the issue and that’s worth every penny. Highly recommend them if you’re serious about getting rid of rodents for good.
After battling a rodent issue for 6 years, I finally called Jim and his team and I wish I had done it sooner. They were thorough, professional, and found entry points no one else had caught. Yes, the service was a bit pricey, but it’s absolutely worth the investment. For the first time in years, my home is silent at night no scratching, no droppings, no surprises. If you’re tired of temporary fixes, call these guys. They solve it for real.
Twin Home Experts is hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with. Jim, Dave, and their team are incredibly thorough, inspecting every detail inside and out. I had been dealing with a rodent issue for years, spending over $8K with four different companies, and was at the point of considering selling my home out of frustration. Then, I came across their YouTube videos and was immediately impressed. I reached out, and their team quickly identified the root cause—a broken pipe within the plumbing system. They didn’t just treat the symptoms; they solved the problem once and for all. Their expertise, efficiency, and professionalism are unmatched. If you’re looking for real results, look no further—this company is the best!
I tried three pest control companies before calling Twin Home Experts. The rats kept returning, and the noise in the walls was driving us crazy. Josh and Kam came out, ran a camera through the plumbing, and found a broken line behind the kitchen. They smoke tested the entire system and finally got to the root of the issue. No more guessing just real solutions. Worth every dollar.
I kept hearing strange noises coming from my air vents, but I thought it was just duct expansion. One night, I actually saw a rat run across my living room! I called Twin Home Experts, and they found that rats were nesting inside my HVAC return duct and using it as a highway through my house. They sealed off the entry point, sanitized my entire system, and installed rodent-proof vent covers. My air is clean, and I haven’t seen a single rodent since!
I kept hearing scratching in my attic, but I never saw any rats. Pest control companies told me it was ‘probably just mice’ and laid out bait stations. Twin Home Experts inspected my home and found that rats were actually entering through a gap in my roof’s vent and traveling down through my wall cavities. They sealed the entry point, reinforced my insulation, and installed a rodent-proof barrier. No more attic noises!
Twin Home Experts did an amazing job sealing up our home and getting rid of a serious rodent issue in the attic. They used cameras to locate all entry points and did a thorough cleanup. We haven’t heard a single scratch since!
FAQ
What people ask before they book
How quickly can you get here?
Our South Park Road office is close by, and the Pembroke Park line takes these calls. Ring it for the next available time rather than relying on a promise from a web page.
Does a condo need different treatment?
Often, yes. Rodents can move through shared walls and utility chases, so the opening may be outside your unit. We trace it, explain what we found and can talk to your association about common areas.
My building has pest control. Why do I still have rats?
A regular pest control visit mostly treats bugs and tops up bait. It does not close the opening a rat is using, and that opening is what we go after.
Can I arrange this from out of town?
The first step is a phone call, so you can start it from wherever you are. Someone will need to give us access for any work at the property.
