What actually happens
You tell us what you are hearing, seeing or smelling, where in the house, at what time of day, and what has already been tried. We tell you what that usually points to - mice in the basement ceiling, a rat coming up from underneath - and what the work would involve. That part is free and it is often enough on its own.

Do I need to be home?
Not for the phone estimate. For the Entry Point Diagnostic, yes, at least for the walkthrough at the end - the findings are much more useful when we can point at the actual gap.
What if there is nothing to find?
Then we tell you that. A call that ends in "that sounds like one open window well, not an infestation" costs you nothing and is a better result than the alternative.
